Founder Tilly has taken her 10+ years of experience in corporate events, and her deep learnings around connection, from witnessing how the best sessions and speakers light up a room, and applied that insight to CCC formats. The result is intimate, intentional gatherings where connection comes to life in fresh, inspiring ways.

Tilly Smith

Founder

With over a decade in the events industry, I’ve seen firsthand how traditional networking often falls flat: transactional, sales-pitches, surface-level, and uninspiring. What I discovered along the way is my passion: bringing vibrant, purpose-driven individuals together in spaces where genuine connection and creativity can flourish.

Unlike many leaders in the networking space, I’ve spent ten years producing events, which means understand the recipe for connection. Successful gatherings are never just about calling something a “networking event.” They’re about curating experiences with intention.

I founded Creative Connections Community to reimagine networking, moving away from rigid ideas of “professionalism” and back to what it has always been at its core: genuine relationship building. I create spaces where inspiring people can grow, exchange ideas, spark collaborations, and form relationships that last.

After years in the structured world of corporate business, I took a leap into freelancing in my mid-20s. Blending my creative intuition with practical execution, I am driven by my passion for creativity, storytelling, and strategic thinking.

Now, as Founding Partner of Creative Connections Community, I get to work on projects that inspire me: helping leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs connect.
